Getting Started with Pioneer Online Academy
Your Student’s Path Starts Here
Pioneer Academy offers two flexible, full-time enrollment options for high school students in grades 9 – 12. Whether you’re looking for a parent-taught program or a fully-supported private school experience with faculty feedback, enrolling is easy — and both programs are designed to qualify for the full Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship.
Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
1. Choose Your Program
We offer two private school enrollment options, both designed to help your family make the most of your UFA scholarships:

2. Complete the Enrollment Form
Visit our Enrollment Page and submit a brief online form to let us know your student’s details and which program you’re selecting.

- No interviews
- No minimum GPA or transcripts needed
- Rolling enrollment — start anytime!
3. Apply for the UFA Scholarship (Utah Families)
If you’re a Utah resident, apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship to have 100% of your tuition covered.
- Our school is a Utah-based, qualified private-school provider
- The scholarship provides up to $8,000 per student per year to private school students
- We are designed to help you use the scholarship to pay the modest tuition while keeping the remainder for other educational expenses

4. Pay Tuition or Submit Scholarship Approval
Once approved for the UFA scholarship (or if you’re paying privately), we’ll send you a simple tuition agreement. After that, your student is officially enrolled and ready to begin.
Academic Calendar
Our courses are self-paced and available year-round. Most students follow a 10-month calendar (September–June), but early starts or late finishes are welcome.
We recommend students complete six subject areas per year (English, Math, Science, History, Humanities, Life Skills), with flexible pacing in each.
