Whether you’re enrolling in our Full Private School Program or our Curriculum-Only Plan, this form is the first step.

Once submitted, we will follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm enrollment and provide next steps, including an official invoice for use with the Utah Fits All Scholarship.

Next Steps After Submission

Once you complete the form:

  1. We’ll send a confirmation email with instructions based on your payment method.
  2. If you’re using the Utah Fits All Scholarship, we’ll provide an invoice for you to submit to Odyssey (once their portal is active).
  3. If paying directly, you’ll receive a secure link to complete payment through our website.
